What to expect during the hiring process.

Once you’ve zeroed in on the perfect role and submitted your resume, what happens next?

Response to your application 

First, our Human Resources team will review your application and follow up to let you know if we’ll be moving forward with your application.

Initial phone interview

Next is a phone interview to learn more about you and your suitability for the role. If we decide you’re a potential fit for the position, we’ll schedule your first interview (either in-person or virtually).

First interview

During this interview, the ITS hiring manager and other team members will ask technical and behavioral questions to learn more about your skills and interests. The team will also answer your questions.

Assessment or second technical interview

For some positions, you will now receive an assessment to gauge your technical skills. For other positions, you’ll move straight to the second interview.

English evaluation  

In this step, we evaluate your verbal and written English level to see how well you can communicate in the language. We offer English classes for candidates we determine need more practice.

Hiring decision and offer meeting

At last, it’s decision time! Hopefully, you’re hired, but we’ll notify you either way. If so, we’ll invite you to meet with the HR Team to present your salary and benefits offer.


You made it! Now we’ll start preparing you for success with the ITS family. You’ll attend a new-hire lunch with HR, tour the office, complete essential forms, attend onboarding meetings, and meet with your team.
